Independent and reformed from the former WUXI PLANNING & DESIGNING INSTITUTE and, founded in October 2004, CG.DESIGN is established and expected as one of the leading design firms in Wuxi. By now, we have got several top-level licenses which include:
NATIONAL ARCHITECTURAL LICENSE,
NATIONAL LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURAL LICENSE,
NATIONAL HERITAGE BUILDING RENOVATION & PRESERVATION LICENSE.
As for the corporate governance, the framework is based upon the general-manager responsibility system under the leadership of board and, is subdivided into departments of Schematic Design, Landscape Architectural Design, Integrated Design, Equipment Design, as well as offices of Chief Engineer, General Affairs, etc. Currently, there are almost 130 staffs including more than 100 professionals in our team. In addition, we have excellent office equipments, advanced computer-assisted design software and constantly improved quality management system.
Since foundation, CG.DESIGN has been confronting increasingly severe market competition and always gives a great team effort to maintain sustainable development. Driven by the concepts of “Diligent Design”, “Continuing Innovation” and “Balanced Improvement of Technology & Service”, etc, we recognize the advantages of diversified competencies (e.g. consulting service of “Green Building”, etc.) and always put a high value on the inspiration and cultivation of talents. Meanwhile, we are dedicated to framing as well as refining modern enterprise organization and have been accredited for ISO9001 Quality Management System. As time goes on, our works are becoming more and more extensive, accepted, challenging and visible among the industry, and it brings increasing opportunities of exchange and cooperation with famous design institutes and property developers (e.g. VANKE, AGILE, CHIXIA, etc.) both in China and around the world. In recent years, accompanied with the pace of urban development in Wuxi, we have undertaken and successfully completed design projects of several local landmarks such as CENTER 66, JIAYE INTERNATIONAL CITY, etc. Through these works, our designers have won a number of honours and awards issued by relevant ministries in recognition of their efforts. In 2015, CG.DESIGN is awarded “The Outstanding Enterprise of Survey & Design Industry of Jiangsu Province”.
