Since October 2004, ten years’ time has already passed us by. Review erst, we witness the growth of CG.DESIGN and, look forward for the better future.
Before its “birth”, we made a comparison among multiple naming schemes and, eventually, chose “CHENG GUI” which had been reflecting our positioning and anticipation. You may find that “CHENG GUI” sounds like that which means “urban planning” in Chinese, this is aimed to carry over and develop the traditional advantages of the former WUXI PLANNING & DESIGNING INSTITUTE. Since foundation, we have gone through a difficult period of time and, till now, are encountering with the period of firm’s rapid growth. In the meantime, “CHENG GUI” gradually becomes well-known rather than being recognized as the “former one”, and things seem to be on the track of sustainable development.
As we are devoted in this industry, it requires us to keep an eye on the urban development with expectation and enthusiasm. Meanwhile, we need to own self-cognitions, respects for people’s livelihood as well as to seek for various identifications of value in this diverse material world for the sake of design’s essence. Additionally, in the process of pursuing ideal, we will insist on quality as our design tenet and, apply rational methods as well as advocate the return of humanistic spirit. Besides, we are always dedicated in building a platform with cultural atmosphere and academic ambience. Under the premise of respecting the realization of individual value, we set common codes of behaviors and ethics in order to gather various kinds of strength for one common goal. Without a doubt, CG.DESIGN offers a harmonious, inclusive and active work environment to every employee, and it is also the growth of each individual representing each step of CG.DESIGN’s progress.
